When we started the process of building our dream home, we had met and evaluated a number of builders before deciding to work with Monlis Homes. Even before we engaged them, they have been extremely instrumental in the process of selecting the right land and ensuring that it can meet our wish list as well ensuring that there are no city restrictions. Now that we are moving into our home, the whole building experience was very pleasant and being on budget and on time. This is a very difficult task considering that our construction was done during COVID with restrictions, higher costs and supply chain delays. Every single members of the Monlis team is a pleasure to work with from the owner, management personnel, project manager, site supervisor, and even the trades they work with. They take so much passion in their work and go beyond the expectations to ensure that we are happy with the work.
